Production Process Control

The workshop adopts a combination of semi-automated production lines and manual inspection. Key processes (such as welding and assembly) have three quality inspection points, and product parameters are monitored in real time.

Finished Product Full-Item Testing

Before leaving the factory, each batch of products must pass 12 stringent tests, including voltage stability testing, fast charging protocol compatibility testing, high and low temperature environment testing, wear and drop resistance testing, and safety protection testing (overvoltage/overcurrent/short circuit), with a pass rate of over 99.8%.

Before raw materials enter the warehouse, they undergo visual inspection (appearance, dimensions), physicochemical testing (material composition, flame retardancy), and functional testing (chip performance, wire conductivity). Substandard raw materials are returned directly, preventing "defective materials from entering the warehouse."
Batch Traceability System
A unique traceability code is established for each batch of raw materials, linking it to the production batch and the flow of finished products. If problems arise, the source can be quickly located, ensuring convenient and efficient after-sales service.
